  • Choose the network you want to buy
  • Select data package
  • Enter beneficiary number
  • Click on Buy Now
  • Fill in billing details and click Place Order
  • Enter your number for payment and wait for prompt / select wallet on the site and pay
📦 My order is completed but not received?
Report to the complaints team with your Order ID and customer number. Indicate "completed but not received" within 6 hours of completion.
💰 My order is still pending payment, but I have been deducted?
Report to our complaints team via WhatsApp with your Order ID and indicate "pending payment".
📝 I have paid for an order but cannot see it on the site?
  • Go to the menu
  • Click Orders
  • Check through to find the payment
  • Pick the Order ID and report to the complaints team with the status
🔄 Can data be reversed?
❌ No. Data bundles are not reversible once delivered.
📱 Do I need an account to buy?
❌No. but you’ll need to register or log in so we can track your orders and provide support if needed..
Where can I see my past orders?
❌Log in → Go to My Account > Orders to track all your purchases.
Can I schedule an order for later?
❌ Currently no. Orders are processed instantly once payment is made.
